This is a blend of the varieties Tempranillo, Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. The grape for Gotim Bru originates in its totality from land owned by the winery located in Finca Castell del Remei, which occupies 400ha of land, 70 of which are vineyards. The vines are on average 20 years old.
After the harvest, the grapes for Gotim Bru start the initial wine process, always following a traditional method of production.
Gotim Bru rests for 10 months in French and American oak barrels.
