About Momo Rueda Wine
Momo Rueda Wine is a Spanish wine region located on the Duero river around 150 kilometers (c. 90 miles) northwest of the Spanish capital, Madrid, on roughly the same latuitude as Ribera del Duero region. It is known for its dry, aromatic white wines made predominantly from the Verdejo grape variety.
Momo Rueda Wine is the classic (but now less common) white wine blend of Rueda in Spain’s northwest. The two varieties are both indigenous to the area: Verdejo is the most widely planted grape variety in this part of Spain, while the more traveled Viura (known elsewhere as Macabeo) generally makes up a smaller portion of the blend.
Rueda wines are famous for their fresh, aromatic style. In general, the White wines are dry and typically designed for early consumption, with value-driven prices to match. Also Explore Chardonnay Wine
