Charles De Fere Blanc de Blancs Reserve Brut wines are produced in Burgundy in the most modern sparkling wine of the Boisset family. Faithful to their roots, Charles de Fère grapes always come from different terroirs throughout France and provide the best fruit possible for wines that are always excellent, sparkling and of great value. The Blanc de Blancs Crude Reserve was developed using the traditional method. It matures at least 12 months in bottles and in the cold of our premises to reinforce its personality. The taste is elegant, persistent and balanced between freshness and fruit. This pale and brilliant golden wine gives off a smell of white fruit with many fine bubbles.
